What the parlor promises

Every reading carries the notice “Reading offered for entertainment purposes.” It is not decorative: it is the very nature of what you are reading.

On sensitive ground — health, law, money — Léonore is instructed to phrase things with care and to refer you to the appropriate professionals. Please do the same on your side.

The app is intended for people aged 17 and over, in line with its App Store age rating.

Readings are paid for in Stars (✦), the parlor’s currency, bought in packs through the App Store. Each reading shows its price before you start it.

• Stars have no monetary value outside the app.
• They are not transferable, not exchangeable and not refundable for cash.
• If a reading fails for a technical reason, the Stars spent are automatically credited back.
• They are tied to your account: they follow you from one device to another, and disappear with it if you delete it.

The Circle is a subscription, monthly or yearly, that gives access to readings without spending Stars, within the limits of reasonable personal use.

It is managed and cancelled from your Apple account settings — iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by the App Store’s terms, not by us.

Your astrocartography map can be printed on fine art paper, on its own or framed. It cannot be bought with Stars: it is an object, not a reading, and it is paid for by bank card — the price shown includes delivery.

It is printed on demand in a workshop in the Netherlands, then shipped. Allow one to two business days for printing and three to five for delivery; these times are indicative and depend on the carrier.

A poster is made from your birth details and your dedication: it therefore carries no right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, which covers goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised). You see the poster exactly as it will be printed before ordering, and nothing is started before payment.

This takes nothing away from the legal guarantee of conformity: a poster that arrives damaged, badly printed or different from what you approved is replaced or refunded. Write to us at contact@edgyx.ai with your order number, and a photograph if it suffered in transit.

You agree to personal and fair use:

• no extraction or automated collection of readings;
• no resale of readings, and no presenting them as professional expertise;
• no unlawful or hateful content in your questions.

The Salon and readings for two. What you write for a loved one — the first name you introduce yourself by, the question you ask together — is read by them. It must contain no insults, threats, harassment, or sexual, hateful or unlawful content. We tolerate none of it: an account that breaks this rule is closed.

Reporting, blocking. From the app, you can report a reading by Léonore that you find shocking or inappropriate, and report a loved one in the Salon. Closing the door on a loved one blocks them: they can no longer reach you or read you. Every report is reviewed by the team, which uses it to correct what Léonore writes and to remove accounts that abuse the Salon.

Daily caps protect the service against abuse. They are sized never to hinder normal use — if you hit one for no reason, write to us.

The parlor depends on third-party services — Apple, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, our hosting provider. We do our best to keep it open, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The arts offered, their prices in Stars and subscription prices may change. Any price change to an ongoing subscription will be notified to you by the store you used — Apple or Google — which will ask for your consent before any renewal at the new price.

If a reading has unsettled you, remember what it is: entertainment written by a machine, which knows nothing of your future.

If you are going through a difficult time, talk to someone close to you or to a professional. In France, 3114 — the national suicide prevention number — listens free of charge, day and night.

Elsewhere, helplines are there too:

• United States and Canada: 988, by call or text, day and night;
• United Kingdom and Ireland: Samaritans, on 116 123, free of charge, day and night;
• Australia: Lifeline, on 13 11 14, day and night;
• Belgium: the Centre de prévention du suicide, on 0800 32 123, free of charge, day and night;
• Switzerland: La Main Tendue, on 143, day and night.

In other countries, call your local emergency number, or find a helpline near you at findahelpline.com.

These terms bind you to the company EDGYX, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 994 642 866, whose registered office is at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.

They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to us at contact@edgyx.ai.

As a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge.

These terms are a translation of the French version, available at leonore.app/conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French version prevails.
